By creating an account or using KRIOSA AI Security services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

KRIOSA AI Security provides AI-powered security middleware and threat protection services for web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include:
- Violating any laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Distributing malware or engaging in hacking activities
- Spamming or phishing attempts
- Interfering with the Service's operation
5. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Service Level Agreement

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service remain with KRIOSA AI Security. You retain rights to your own data and applications.
8. Limitation of Liability
KRIOSA AI Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
